Story
We believe the land economy is changing, and with it, the need for trusted advisors who can navigate agriculture, energy, and infrastructure at scale. We provide land services that bridge opportunities between landowners, lenders, investors, and developers, ensuring every acre is positioned for its highest and best use.
Land Bridge Partners was founded in 2021 after co-founders Will Ruffalo and Kane Wellnitz spent time developing farmland projects in Africa. That experience gave them a front-row view of how agriculture, infrastructure, and energy intersect, and how transformative land stewardship can be when done right. When they returned to the United States, Will and Kane saw a unique opportunity: to bring that same global perspective to a rapidly shifting domestic land market. What began as a business sourcing agricultural land for energy development quickly grew into a full-service land platform.
